At a time when more people are switching to USB flash drives to extend their phone storage, Zapya has come up with a new feature to provide the best sharing experience for our users. When your phone runs out of storage, you can connect your USB-flash drive and save files while transferring content through Zapya. You can also share files directly from the drive to other devices and view the USB flash drive’s videos, photos, and other types of files. In addition to USB Type-C flash drives, you may also connect more than one USB Type-A via a multi-port hub.
To open a USB flash drive’s files on Zapya:
- Click the “Files” or “Files” icon at the top of the screen, just below the search bar (Android).
- Select “USB”.
- Choose the files you want to open.
To share files from USB to the other device:
- Click the “Files” or “Files” icon at the top of the screen, just below the search bar.
- Select “USB”.
- Select the file/files you want to share.
- Click Send.
