Best Practices: Sharing Files Between Android and iOS Devices

Here in Zapya we love to make your life easier when it comes about transferring files among devices with different operative systems. This is why we would like to explain the possibilities and limitations when you transfer files between Android and iOS devices.

Between Android devices you can transfer any type of file i.e. documents, contacts, pictures, videos and apps, you only need to create or join a group and select the files you would like to share with your friends. You can also use the other sharing modes, such the QR code sharing mode.

However, when sharing files between Android and iOS devices, you can transfer photos, videos, and file documents to each other, except Android apps. The reason is that both have the different system, so Android apps don’t work in the IOS devices. Keep in mind, before creating the group between your Android and iOS devices, to make sure that both mobile devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot or network.
